Who we are
We built the place we wished existed.
CoreLogic Learning is small on purpose. We are a local, in-person tutoring room in downtown Battle Creek where one tutor sits with one child, week after week, until the hard part stops being hard.
Our story
It started with one kid who needed to be seen.
Most tutoring in our area is a franchise. A child walks into a room, gets handed a worksheet, and works quietly next to other kids while one adult moves between three or four tables. It is efficient. It is also the exact setting a struggling child already dreads, because it looks and feels like the classroom where they got lost in the first place.
We wanted the opposite of that. A calm room, a familiar face, and a full hour that belongs to one child. When a kid knows their tutor and their tutor knows them, the work goes faster and the walls come down. That is the entire idea behind CoreLogic Learning, and we protect it by staying small.
We are two tutors, Miss Crystal and Miss Tiffany, in one room on West Michigan Avenue. The owner is reachable. When you call, a person who actually teaches here answers. That is not a slogan, it is just how a business this size works, and we think it is a feature worth keeping.

Why one to one
One to one is not a feature. It is the point.
A group tutor divides attention by the number of kids at the table. We do not divide it at all. That single choice changes everything downstream.
- The tutor can move at your child's exact pace, slowing down or leaping ahead as needed.
- A shy child gets to be wrong out loud safely, with nobody else at the table.
- The same tutor each week remembers last week, so no time is lost restarting.
Service area

Sessions happen only at our room on West Michigan Avenue. Families drive in from across Calhoun and Kalamazoo counties.
