We measure first.
We build only
if it's warranted.
Most operational reviews are run by the firm that also wants to sell you the fix, so the fix is always “yes.” We start from the evidence instead. The diagnostic stands on its own, if the numbers don't justify a build, we tell you.
The point is not that something is broken. It is that the cost is invisible, so it never gets prioritized.
We do not tell you your systems failed or your last software purchase was a mistake. In most established companies, systems were never designed, they accumulated, one reasonable decision at a time. The gaps between them are where margin quietly leaks, and because it never appears as a line item, it never reaches the top of anyone's list.
A diagnostic does one thing: it replaces opinions with evidence. It puts a hard, conservative number on the tax you are already paying. What you do with that number is your call, and if the answer is “do nothing yet,” that is a legitimate finding too.
Diagnosis and build, held honest.
Built for operators, by operators.
Owners, CEOs, CFOs, and COOs of established, mid-market companies who suspect the numbers could be sharper and want evidence before they act.
Manufacturers and fabrication-heavy contractors.
Distributors carrying real inventory risk.
Multi-brand rollups on fragmented systems.
PE-backed platforms preparing for scale or exit.
Typically $20M to $250M in revenue, large enough that the leak is real money, established enough that no one has had reason to measure it.
